1. Capacity Claim & Supply Capabilities

  • Annual Processing Capacity: Over 15,000 Metric Tons (MT) of processed tobacco leaf across GLT (Green Leaf Threshing) facilities.

  • Batch Consistency: Guaranteed uniform blending per shipping lot through automated batch-mixing systems prior to redrying.

  • Sample Supply Capacity: Paid commercial sample packages up to 2.5 kg dispatched via express courier (* on chargeable basis) with certified certificate of analysis (CoA).

2. Regulatory Certification & Compliance Details

  • Statutory Body Registration: Fully registered with the Tobacco Board of India (Ministry of Commerce and Industry) as a recognized Manufacturer, Exporter, and Dealer.

  • Residue Limits: Strictly compliant with CORESTA (Cooperation Centre for Scientific Research Relative to Tobacco) Guidance Residue Levels (GRLs) and EU pesticide residue regulations.

  • Customs & Trade Clearances: Export documentation processed via ICEGATE / DGFT protocols with mandatory Phytosanitary Certification issued by Plant Quarantine Authorities for each shipment.
